When it comes to the latest celebrity fashion, we all know who to usually look for when we want to see the latest trends, especially when it comes to celebrity trends. But one celebrity has been taking the fashion news by storm over the last year or two, and she is showing no signs of letting up any time soon. Who is this person? Of course it is the beautiful wife of Prince William, Kate Middleton. Very expensive.
Kate Middleton is known in the celebrity fashion world for recycling her style quite often and for shopping in “regular clothing stores”, but she often makes the fashion news when she wears those beautiful high end designer dresses. So how much has Prince William bought for her so far? Well, it is only July and Prince William has already bought her over $35,000 in clothing alone! (That is more than what some Americans make in a year.)
According to various sources, Prince William has agreed to pay for all of the Duchess of Cambridge’s “work related” clothing. What exactly is “work related” clothing? According to sources, work related clothing is “anything she wears to official engagements or while out and about with the royal family.”
Yeah… “work related”.
Believe it or not, her father in law, Prince Charles, has offered to pay for her “work related” clothing through the official household budget … which I am imagining not being the most modest of budgets around the world. But even with that said, she does go out of her way to keep the clothing budget as low as possible by recycling dresses when she can and by shopping on her own with her own money at times.
