Lady Gaga Tops Grammy’s Worst Dressed List
While some celebrities are the icons of high style clothing, others top the worst dressed lists.
The queen of pop and dance, Lady Gaga, is among the celebrities people enjoy talking about. She has suddenly reached the heights of fame. I adore her songs and dance moves. She is a real star, and her album “The Fame” is incomparable.
But Lady Gaga is also famous for her extraordinary outlandish celebrity clothes. And that’s the only thing I don’t like about her.
Her clothes have always shocked the public. She was thought to be the worst celebrity in 2009, but she didn’t stop at that and appeared in extremely strange outfits at the 2010 Grammy awards. No wonder she tops the Grammy’s worst dressed list. Among worst dressed celebs also were Ke$ha, Michelle Williams, Keri Hilson and Jennifer Hudson.
Lady Gaga always wears tight leotard suits, high heels, quirky accessories and hats. Almost all those clothes are created by Gaga herself, but they don’t speak anything stylish about her. In one of her interviews Gaga said: “Fashion is my life.” Then why does she dress like this, I wonder. Is she revealing a unique style?
Some fashion critics pull apart her style while others find it interesting. Senior Fashion Major Sam Sachs said: “I think she is trying to express a unique style because she is trying to express herself as a performer not an artist.” It seems so. Anyway, she has become the main topic of celebrity clothes conversations.
As for me, when I first saw her clip “Poker face,” I was really surprised. The clothes she wore seemed very strange and didn’t attract me. I think she can dress better.
