Nicole Richie Maternity Collection
After designing her personal signature jewelry collection, Nicole Richie plans to launch a maternity line. The Nicole Richie Maternity Collection has been inspired by Balenciaga’s Nicolas Ghesquire collection and will be designed for infants and children.

Nicole has been meeting with designers to discuss plans for the collection. Nicole wants to develop a line that is clean and simple, with emphasis on clothes that flatter the figure without drawing attention to the fact that the woman is pregnant.
It is interesting to note that Richie plans to include simple and every day clothes in her collection in order to make mother-to-be-women’s life much easier. Here what Richie has said on Marie Clarie commenting on her new collection.
“My line will be about making women look and feel good at a really emotional time. It’s about showing your best self, not your tired, worn-down self. Guys don’t go through that, they just don’t understand.”
