Victoria Beckham has launched a new line of Denim jeans this week at Harrods, London. Beckham has been spending the last few weeks in London both promoting her new line and keeping herself busy with other projects.

Best Celeb Gossip reports that the fact that Beckham has chosen London to launch her new collection has caused a stir in US. For instance, Trendy L.A. boutique Kitson dropped her label from its store.

The people at Kitson weren’t too pleased and felt she should have ‘remedied’ her bad press by making an appearance, and, when Victoria dug her heels in they dropped her line. Hasn’t seemed to phase Victoria too much by the looks of it, and seeing that Harrod’s is a much bigger name than Kitson, well, her denim collection will live on after all. Yes, we can all sleep better at night now.

“This past year has been amazing, not only as a mother and wife but as the Creative Director of my label dVb by Victoria Beckham. In just under two years dVb has grown from a passionate idea into collections which are stocked in top stores around the world - something I only used to dream of,” Beckham said.
