Women’s Clothing – Styles And Tendences

womens clothing styles and tendences Womens Clothing Styles And TendencesA woman’s clothes are an inseparable part of her image, character and preferences. Every detail of her clothing says something about her personality.

There’s an old saying that goes, “A women is what her wardrobe is,” which is partially true, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that a woman will become what she wears. When a woman is in harmony with her fashion, her clothing tells a lot about her mood, but when a woman simply follows haute couture trends and doesn’t think about whether or not something suits her, she looks unnatural. This is why ladies’ clothing should be chosen not only according to seasonal trends, but according to the way it can be worn. Therefore, if you feel confused about what to put on, choose the clothes you feel comfortable and confident in and you will look nice, indeed.

Nowadays, clothing stores offer various styles. It is not difficult to find something special for a woman of taste. We all know that a sport suit entirely differs from a business one because each situation requires different clothing. However, in terms of fashion there are long and sometimes complicated definitions for each clothing style and its respective historical period. Sometimes, older styles are modified a little bit to return with some charm and new added accessories.

One of those styles comes from Gothic subculture. Goth fashion can be recognized by its stark black women’s clothing (or hair and makeup), which is often contrasted with boldly colored clothing, hair and makeup in shades of deep reds, purples, blues or emerald green. This style usually combines elegance and morbidity, such elements that flow and drape, or restrict and emphasize a body part, for example, corsets or tight sleeves or pants. Goth fashion further emphasizes the personal power of an individual, as the juxtapositions of elements of rugged accessories (metal and leather), to that of the vulnerable and sensual restriction of body parts (i.e., lace, silks, and high heels for either gender).

Goth fashion is often confused with heavy metal fashion, particularly those who wear black trenchcoats or “corpse paint” (associated with black metal). However, these two styles are entirely different. Goth fashion has its own place in the fashion world. In 2000s, designers such as Alexander McQueen, Rodarte and others brought elements of Goth to podiums, being described as “Haute Goth” by the mass media.

I actually agree with “a woman is what her wardrobe is” because most of the time it’s often right and how a woman dresses says a lot about her.

A women is definitely what her wardrobe is. The way you dress outside does give a first impression as to who you are.
