“Ask Chloe” Column In Elle Magazine
Starting this March, actress Chloe Sevigny will have her own column, “Ask Chloe,” on Elle Magazine. Sevigny will answer any questions related to fashion that Elle readers might have.
Glam Boulevard reports that Sevigny will also be on the front cover of Elle Magazine.
The actress will be on the cover of Elle March to introduce the new column. Alongside the launch of Ask Chloe, Elle’s March issue will feature more shopping pages then previously, and comes with a complimentary accessory supplement sponsored by fashion retailer Next.
According to ModelsConnect Online Magazine, Sevigny will answer letters about style and fashion for six months.
Sevigny, who recently designed a range for fashion house Open Ceremony, has always been known for her eye for fashion and will be putting it into good use. For the next six months Sevigny will be answering letters and giving advice about fashion and style to Elle magazine’s readers. She will even be working at the offices of Elle magazine.
Couture Cult quotes Lorraine Candy, Elle UK’s editor-in-chief, commenting on Sevigny’s new role.
“Style advisor’ is not just a title - she’ll really be doing it, she has a column. She is not someone who’s instantly recognisable - she couldn’t go on a Glamour or Cosmopolitan cover, she could only go on an Elle cover to be honest. But what we’re saying with this [signing] is that this magazine is about fashion and style - and next month we’ve got someone who the author Jay McInerney once called ‘the most stylish girl in the world’ on the cover.”
