Advantages And Disadvantages Of High Heel Shoes
Being tall is indeed a great blessing. I myself am not and I try to look tall by wearing high heel shoes. And many girls do it. Sometimes when we wear a black mini dress, short skirts, formal evening dresses, our choice of shoes automatically stops on high heels. However, they are not always good. I am going to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of wearing high heel shoes.
The first advantage of wearing high heel shoes is that it increases the stature by 3-4 inches. This changes not only the appearance but also our feelings. It gives us a proper shape and makes us feel very stylish. It also gives us the confidence we need when wearing a black mini dress or formal evening dresses.
Another thing is that some women have complexes because of their body construction. High heel shoes give a look of good posture of the body and show the beauty of our body by making it more attractive. This even affects the way we walk.
High heels make the legs look more beautiful and sexy. There is also a trick connected with the shoes. Some women wear heels just for hiding their overweight since they make them look taller and the weight does not show off the way it would if they wore other shoes.
High heel shoes bring beauty into our lives but they also come with troubles. Although women look pretty in high heels, they later face unpleasant effects. One of them is feet pain. High heels force the entire pressure of our body to concentrate on our feet. This causes foot and even hip pain. The hard pressure can also cause yellow patches and misshapenness of the feet. For avoiding this you should take care of your feet by massaging them regularly. Back pain can also can be caused because of wrong body posture.
The main reason of leg sprain among women is also caused by high heels. This also is a matter of not being used to high heels.
Remember that beauty takes sacrifices. If you wear heels in the right place and time, walk properly and do regular massages, you’ll get used to them slowly and can easily avoid unpleasant effects.
