Mischa Barton Launches Handbags Line
Actress Mischa Barton plans to design handbags for her own line, which is set to be launched this July in London. Barton’s line of handbags will feature leather, snakeskin and fabric bags, accented with a flower logo hand drawn by herself.
GlamBoulevard reports that Barton’s line of handbags will be sold in John Lewis, Debenhams and Fenwicks stores in the U.K.
Mischa Barton will join the growing list of celebutantes to launch a handbag collection this summer. According to our sources, the line hits U.K. stores on July 2nd. While Ms. Barton is keeping mum on the details, we hear the vintage-inspired collection will feature leather, snakeskin and fabric bags, accented with a flower logo hand drawn by the actress herself.
According to Catwalk Queen, Barton has made a prior pit stop in London, where her forthcoming collection was discussed.
Details are being kept under wraps, but what is known is that her line is inspired by vintage finds that Mischa discovered on her travels, including pieces made from leather and snakeskin, all finished with a flower motif hand drawn by Barton.
