Prada Retro Sunglasses: Always Alluring
The last three years in sunglass fashion seem to have been overtaken by big, round and bug-eye like retro sunglasses — the burst of the 60s. It seemed they were about to recede and yield to other types.
However, the fresh and unique designs offered by the leading brands in the industry speak of their firm place in the market share.
As for me, I’m simply in love with the bug eye style sunglasses. Their large dimension is perfect for sun protection of 1/3 of my face as I’m hyper-allergic to the sun. Besides, I think they neatly still bravely emphasize female features and add to a confident look. As for celebrities, they began wearing them for double protection: both from the sun and from paparazzi.
I’ve checked out this summer’s trends and besides bug eye retro sunglasses I came across butterfly shaped ones by Prada. On the whole I like Prada’s both bug eye and butterfly shade eye-wear collections for this summer. The models you can see are 18IS Butterfly and 19IS Bug Eye.
What makes Prada one of the prominent leaders in the industry are authentic frames, exquisite colorings and unique and elegant designs to spare the market for quite a long time. You can see for yourself the holistic and harmonic combination of the aforementioned.
Both the butterfly and the bug eye styles are available in a wide range of colors and shades: white, caramel, Havana, raspberry, and tortoise — spotted and light, black as well as shiny and gloss black. Another peculiarity that attracted my attention are the gradient shades of the lenses: from upper dark down to lighter shades.
Personally I like the tortoise and white ones, but for those preferring to keep their look somewhat mystic, dark colors and shades are perfect.
Once you get the right type to match your face, I’m sure you’ll simply fall in love with this pair of retro sunglasses and make them your long-term companion.
