Giesele Bundchen Sued By A Carpenter
Supermodel Giesele Bundchen has been sued by a carpenter, who worked in Bundchen’s New York apartment. Martin Marrero reportedly suffered a fractured shoulder, broken ribs and herniated spinal discs after he had fell off a staircase in her apartment.
SASSYBELLA.com reports that since the incident in September 2006, Marrero has been unable to work and is seeking unspecified damages.
Ahlers alleged that the injuries occurred on a staircase in the apartment that did not have a handrail. The accident occurred as Marrero was renovating Bundchen’s apartment.
According to ohnotheydidn’t, the lawsuit has named Bundchen’s company, Casa Vida, as a co-defendant.
Since the September 2006 accident, Marrero has been unable to work due to those injuries, Ahlers alleged in the Bronx Supreme Court lawsuit.
